Having exact change, "staying tuned" for next weeks scenes, the first sip of my coffee or Pepsi...it's the little things that make me happy. I'm an information junkie; call me if you think you have a serious disease you need researched. Canning jars are just about the perfect home decorating item. So I have lots of them. I much prefer cake over ice-cream. Giving gifts ~ it truly is one of my most favorite things in life, and it is so hard to keep it a secret! Did I mention that I love taking pictures? It's the ultimate in gift giving ~ Capturing life's special moments for you!

P52 / Week 6 / Drink Up!

This weeks theme is drink up! I really wanted to use a Coca-Cola bottle. I just love the way they look. Although truth be told I am a Pepsi drinker. I have my coffee in the morning for warmth and the first jolt of caffeine, but in the afternoon I prefer a cold soda. I had taken quite a few photos of different bottle arrangements and then went out side for some more light. Remember in the PNW we don’t have a lot of light. I did the solo bottle and then I turned around to come in the house and say my reflection in the window of the door. I decided to try to get my reflection drinking the soda and I ended up loving that one best. Now watch, sometime this year I am going to have to do a reflection photo!

I really like the focus and perspective of the second, and the way it reminds you that glass is, unexpectedly, green. Love it!

From a fellow Pepsi lover, yes this shot was worth the Coke! I love the second one for many reasons, but I think the tell of green glass makes it!
